Being in love is very precious. When you are in love you will want to spend all of your time with that person. When they are away you will want to call them up and stay in touch. A lot of people take love for granted. They start doing things and having thoughts that they should not before they are married. When this happens it can destroy the relationship and what might have been the will of God could be lost because of sin. In time if you feel that you are with the woman of your dreams then you should ask her to marry you. When you marry her keep the relationship clean before God.

In Hebrews 13:4 it says” Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.” There are so many people that get married and then get a divorce. Part of this is because of it becoming defiled with lust and other things that are sinful. When two people marry they should be seeking Gods help and making sure that the marriage continues to hold its honor. It does not just happen in the bed. Couples can start to disrepect each other or not show how grateful they are for one another. When this happens the bed can easily become defiled and other things might happen as a result, woe to them if they have children and bring them in the midst of this.

Show respect to your partner. Don’t take advantage of them. Show how much you love them and care for them. You can surprise them with roses or with a simple gift. Help out with chores sometimes and don’t put everything on your partner. A marriage goes both ways and always remember that love is precious and so is the person you are with.

Marriage is a contact that is legal and with it forms a kinship. Some people marry because of the religion, others marry for obligations related to the family while others marry due to legal or economical issues. Whatever the reason is you married your husband divorce should be the last thing that you think about unless if abuse is involved.

In 1st Corinthians 7:39 it states: “A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband dies, she is at liberty to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord.” These days that is a very tough challenge. It seems like everyone is breaking up and sometimes over stuff that could have been easily resolved by a Christian Counselor or Christian support groups. The reason why women should not leave their husband is because you are suppose to be faithful and honor him. It does not matter if he made you mad or if your feelings are hurt from a fight. Those are very hard things to deal with but the two of you should sit down, talk with each other and forgive one another. Look at the mistakes made and what caused the fight. Try to avoid those mistakes in the future. You can also only learn how to really let go if you forgive him. Tell him that you are sorry and actually mean it. Don’t go and say you are sorry when you are not. Jesus teaches us not only to love but to forgive. If we do not forgive it can lead into other things and cause anger which leads into sinning.

The only time a wife should consider leaving her husband is if he is emotionally or physically abusing her. The bible speaks out against a husband. In 1 Samuel chapter 18, David is running for his life because King Saul would try over and over to kill him so David fled for protection. If you are being abused first try and seek help and see if your husband will go to a marriage counselor. If not there are options out there such as a woman’s shelter or the police. Never feel that you have to stay with someone that is hitting you or doing damage to you emotionally. In Colossians 3:19 it states that husbands must love their wives and not be harsh with them.

In all things, remember that you still must forgive. In Ephesians 4:26 it states that you must not let the sun go down with anger in your heart regardless of what all has happened in your life. Being able to forgive someone is also very good for you health wise.
